Thank you for writing because I was going to send you an email today expressing my profound THANKS for everything you have done! I had two super walks with Lucy yesterday and today. They were long walks and I was able to keep her in a heel the whole time! The last two days with her were much much better!

Hi Stacy,

Sprocket is doing nicely. He has had many opportunities to greet people at the door. He sits when told then usually lays down and waits to be addressed. Thankfully the family is used to ignoring Sprocket until he is calm, which usually took 5+ minutes. Now he is settled down in less than a minute. Prior, Sprocket would not follow a command given by anyone else. Each time my mother told him to go lay down, he went to his spot and laid down. He has sat for others as well. Today my mother accidentally left the door opened and Sprocket got out. I grabbed the cheese and walked within 50 feet of him and told him "look, come" and he came over. I gave him a small bite of cheese then walked back to the house with him following me the whole way. I didn't have to hold his collar or put the leash on. Everyone is commenting on how well behaved he is. It is so much nicer to see that others can give him commands and I don't have to be running between Sprocket and my son keeping the peace. So far an enjoyable weekend.

Absolutely amazed my dog is completely different! So calm and very well behaved!!! Bammmmmmmm!!!!

Georgie is doing GREAT! We've been putting all your techniques to work and she's walking so well on the leash, she's coming when called (or mostly) though we don't use "come" ever, just her name. She's been extra fabulous when off leash over by the river, she waits for me, she stops when she's told. She still walks over to the neighbor's house but I've stopped chasing her, and stopped being frantic when she goes. Today she went over, I called her, and she came back home. She's really just becoming a great dog.

Stacy, we are blown away by your training! Izzy has already passed several of his old trigger points with flying colors (one being the food delivery man!) Thanks so much!

P.S. I took Leo to his vet the other day, and I was telling them how happy we've been with you guys. I told them if anyone asks them for a trainer, they should call Westchester K-9. Leo is turning out to be a great puppy, and we attribute it to all the help you have given us!!! I also told the vet about your boarding services. Leo came home so happy from his little visit over Christmas. I love the fact that we can see the pictures on Facebook. This weekend when Harley was staying with you, I showed our friends how they can see pictures of him playing with his new doggie friends, and I swear their eyes filled up with tears as they looked at the pictures. Thank you for providing all these helpful services for us!!!

Hi Stacy,

I wanted to let you know that Diane came over today. I have to tell you Diane is wonderful. I really feel that she can give us the confidence and skills to raise/train our pup...My husband and I definitely loaded her with questions and we're ready to dig in. Thank you for being so responsive and I am grateful to have your support to ensure we have a super experience in the months ahead (years if necessary!!!)

Just sending out a thank you from Jaden and me. We both loved the classes and we both learned so much. We are looking forward to continuing our training in the near future. We have met really nice people and Diane could not be nicer. She was helpful and sympathetic
to us parents when the puppies new better then us. Looking forward to future classes and a play date in Carmel for the day. Thank you again, please keep me and Jaden up to date on upcoming classes.

Hi Stacy,

I did want to tell you that I was very happy with Jules' experience. She came back very calm and content and affectionate but not overly so. I could tell that she had had a good time. (And I loved seeing the pictures!). This is a different experience that I had had with our previous dog Caesar, when he had boarded in various kennels. I do want to send her to you in the future.

Hi Stacy,

I just wanted to tell you that Bonzo and I have been doing really well. He is so much better and he really is sweet and loving under that tough exterior. We have been practicing every day. Thank you so very much for all of your help. I will stay in touch and always recommend Westchester K-9.
